I ordered new springs from you guys and was installing them in one of my windows and couldn't get the side balance springs to catch with the window. So, I pulled the window back out and noticed the pieces on the top/sides of the window (that I believe are supposed to catch the side springs) were br ... (cont.)

This is an additional part needed from your part listed in subject.... they are telling me it is a window stop, but do not have a part number or anything but this picture. Please help me find this additional part. Thanks Dana

Hello,A local school came in our shop with a single hung window he wanted us to make operable. We were able to get the spring balances for the Boyd window but on one side, there is a black cap that is missing. It suppose to catch the spring balance and bring it down. The channel balance that I ordered is fine, but the tab at the top of the channel is broken on one side so the new channel balance stays up when I reinstall the window. Do you have this tab?

The plastic caps broke on this. I need 2 fully assembled replacement channels and the top cap (sent pics from intact set). My windows need replacement tracks but both have been removed and discarded. So I have no numbers/series to go by. I have measured where the track would be, from plastic edges 29 3/4. Inside edge is 27. Is there a way to find out what size I need? Thank you! Christiane

I've never seen windows like this before. These plastic guides? or whatever they are called, are on the top edges of all the lower panes. they screw on from the side. We need about a dozen, they probably all cracked because windows were forced when they were not lubricated? PS:

Its has a marking 2720 ,I measured the metal part only and its 28" I think I found the correct balance 28" 351 channel balance Product code S351-28 . It looks like the correct shoe and top guide.
