18-032 Top Sash Guide

The part stamp reads 3020. I have no idea what company. The non-tilt windows with this spring balance have it on only one side of the window. The channel balance broke through the top cap. Additional parts needed are the take out clip and sash guide. I presume the channel balance comes with the top ... (cont.)

They are almost identical to your 18-032 except the top hat section does not have the rear projection and the bevel is only on the front edge. They have stamped on the front edge "Windows Inc"

Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Also, the old balance is stamped with "2810P" but the window weighs 16 pounds, so should I get the 2810 or 2820 option? I also need new top sash guid ... (cont.)

How do we determine the manufacturer of the windows in our 18 year old home? I found a lable with this info: DH-C30/DH-C35. We are in need of a guide piece which should be located at the top of the slider section and guides the window in the track. Thanks

Looking for the Channel Balance and top cap replacement. I have soft the model S390-29 channel balance and 18044 5/8" - "Top Sash Guide, Kinco" to cap. Not sure they will fit. Ths Dan

Ok, so this is the item (2820) I need but part of my problem also is that the plastic piece on the top corner of the window is broken and needs to be replace as well. So, do you guys sell that piece too?

my measurements match 18-032 but i can not see the back where the screw goes because the picture shows a black one. It is clearer ands looks like the 18-033 model were the screw goes it is notched to slide in the window frame like 18-033. So does 18-032 have to same notch were the screw goes as the ... (cont.)

I have some very old builder's windows that have broken channel balances and balance top stops. The metal portion of the balances measure 25 to 25 1/4 inches and have 2040 stamped on them.
