Top sash guide
I purchased the sash guides 18-115, 18-064, 18-009 and 18-036 in hopes that one of them would be the correct one that I need. They were not. I have attached photos and a sketch of the one that I need. Can you assist in helping select the correct sash guide. Thank you very much.

Window channel balance issues
For use with a Series 800 Channel Balance, I need the plastic piece that is held by one screw and located at the top of the window. It holds a 19-007 top in place. Window parts needed
Hi I am replacing the top guides and spring/block and tackle hardware for (2) windows the actual window frame aluminum is 5/8 in cross-section, and the spring-channel part is 3/8"...I have included pictures but let me know if you need more... Thanks Rob

which channel balance?
I have a window with both channel balances gone. The replacement top sash guide (I have one) is definitely the 18-036, which is 1/2" wide. Which channel balance? The 350 series is 28" long and 9/16 wide. The 800 is 29" long and 3/8 wide. The side of window has a 1/2" wide channel, w ... (cont.)

Metal window sash part
Hi there! I think I need a balance holder?? This part is screwed to the top of each side of a metal window with a 1/2" balance 19" long. I cannot make out what the part on the SASH should look like as not much is left. See pics :)

I can't seem to find the correct top sash guide for the above balance. Please see photos and let me know if you have them or what I can use. Note, a piece may be broken off on this one on the front.
