18-036 1/2" Top Sash Guide

I need 4 new top sash guides, 4 balancer clips and one 2740 balancer. The top flat plastic part is 3/4" wide, overall height is 1 5/16, and the lower portion of the guide is about 1/2". Window is 20 years old and made by Pacific Window.

Are you able to recommend a replacement solution for this top sash guide?

need to replace both sides. 30 inch is correct but top and bottom tabs - unsure - photos will hopefully help.

I can not find these items anywhere. I have to replace them all in my house. They all use the same part.

I hope you can help me - the "stop" at the top of my window is broken. Do you have this part? It screws in at the top of the window. Channel balance S380 (29-4) 30". Currently have a top sash guide with the measurements of 1-9/16" long. Top width 7/8". Bottom width is 5/8". What is the correct top sash guide needed? What part is this on your website? I have your S350-21 channel balance but the top sash guides listed for that don't quite look like mine. I bought some Series 800 balances, order 1348800, but they don't hold my window open. Is it because the top sash guides are broken? Circa 1984 storm windows no markings to provide. The smooth metal pin is a cheap fix of years ago which is a nail. A plastic/nylon pivot should be where the nail is. The screw goes into a smaller channel shown in top view which holds corner together. The frame channel seems to be 7/32 inch. ... (cont.)

Ordered and installed spring balancers on two windows, one window worked fine, second one dropped down, hadn't noticed top sash guides were broken. Hopefully you have direct replacement!
