18-036 1/2" Top Sash Guide

Any ideas what this part would be? It has a single screw to secure it. And it prevents the balance from shooting out the top.

Can't find this in your online catalog. Can you help?

I have two different type on same window one looks like s351 or s390 one looks like s380 or s385 probaly have been replaced before and not sure which is correct also clip on window is broken. See photo

I need a 12 channel balances and also the small catch that keeps the balance in line with window. The balance has a marking that says "21: B"

Unfortunately all of them have a width of 5/8" and we need a width of 1/2" do to an inside lip of the aluminum frame taking 1/8" of the width. These are old windows where the original sash cams are 1/2" wide as you could see in the pictures showing the caliper measurement of the cam width and the ... (cont.)

I need the size in the middle that does not overhang You sent me the larger ones on each side. They overhang on the ends and the sides, and will not fit. I'm a previous customer who has purchased channel balances and 1/2" top sash guides before (18-036).

Good afternoon, I am trying to figure out what pieces I need to order for this. I already ordered the balances but realized these plastic clips are all busted on the top as well.

I need right and left sash caps. 1 7/16" long. Top is 3/4" x 1/2". Bottom is 1/2" wide. Hole is 1/4" from top.

I bought 33" S385 Channel Balance for my windows. I now need to buy 1/2" top sash guide for channels. I see 2 models on your website: 1/2" Top Sash Guide Code 18-036 and 18-180. Which one is the right fit for my channel? Thanks
