Plastic piece that are located in both sides of the upper sash, they hold down the channel balance when opening and closing window. Old metal single pane windows. Please help, TY

This appears to be the plastic piece that is affixed to the window pane itself, not part of the balance (aka block-and-tackle)I believe the window is Pan Am. Hi. Attached are pictures of a top sash guide. I have a number of windows where this part is broken. There seem to be left and right versions of this part. The windows are over 20 years old. Don't know the mfgr. Thanks for your help. Charles

Need replacements for 5/8" left and right top sash guide 5/8" wide inside window and approx. 1" wide on top cap and 1" long from top to bottom of plastic piece. I need 3 left and 3 right.

This piece is not broken. The other side is. This allows the window to slide right over top of the channel balance

The top of the left piece is broken off,making the window slide right over the channel balance without catching it.these screw into the top,side of the window with one screw

The photos attached were taken from inside of the house of the right channel balance. The length of the channel balance metal is 31 inches. The channel balance metal has the number 3030 stamped into it. I need both left and right channel balances and also both left and right windows frame limiters. ... (cont.)

Channel length 31" 3020 is the stamp printed on it No known manufacturer. Original windows on a Florida house built around 1983. Quantity required is 2
