I need 5/8 Top Sash Guide but the one I need is inside the frame with the tao shaped to fit inside the frame profile. The hole is like 1/4 not 1/8 comparing with yours 18-063. Please see the pictures the bottom is bend. 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I purchest window ballancers from you and also need the sash cams. I can not find the ones i need on your web sight. can you please find me the closest match. I need two of them. one for each side of the window

I never changed this part, but one broke, forcing the window down, and made the removal of the Channel Balance very hard. So I believe it will make sense to have spare parts and change them when they start to brake.

Hello, I purchased the rails from you to replace and repair my windows. I just realized the top of the rails has a part that stops the rail moving up and it is broken. Do you sell that part? If not where can I get it. Thank you. Murat

I believe this is a pan am 1820z channel balance. 18.5 inch. I also need the piece that fits on top of the window.

Hello I recently ordered window channels S377 to replace the ones which have failed in our home.....BTW they fit perfectly. Now I just realized that I need to order the attached photo. These plastic pieces screw into the top of the window and they prevent the window channel from travelling past the ... (cont.)

I need to replace both balance springs and the guides afixed to top of windows also I will need two replacement Pan Am Take Out Clips. thanks for your help Tom

Trying to replace some window balances. They are chanel balances for a non- title windlow and are 30 inch long and 5/8th wide. The stamp on the bottom front is "r 29-5". It is a block and tackle connector. The ends are winged. Which window balance should I buy?

I included a picture of what holds the spring down and the side of the channel. It seems to me made out of plastic and very brittle. Is this part removable and replaceable? And if so I would need a part for it.Also there is a plastic part on the window itself which seems broken. Hopefully these pict ... (cont.)

Number 1620 stamped on 17" long balance. In the last picture I need the screw plastic part that is attached to the window. One side of window, that part is broken.
