If this balance is not available, can the old ones be repaired ? The cords would just need replacing. Thank you.

I believe this is a 351 series balance. Unfortunately I don't have access to the window currently to weigh it. Does the 15C translate to the 1530?

I just have measurements at 16" x 1/2" wide. I don't know what style it is.

As I was trying to say, my spring assembly looks like your 350 series, but is stamped 1520, and the metal body measures 16 inches in length. I need 4 of these for two bathroom windows. See picture. Would like to chat with someone about this as soon as possible. Thanks, Don

Part stamped 21B, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped 21D, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped 15 D ,channel is 1/2" wide and 16" long. Measured according to instructions on your web site

Attached photos of a channel balance from a probably 2005-ish Pella window that I need to replace. I was able to measure to determine 16 inch and found the stamp, but I was not sure how to determine the series number. These parts have fallen out of two of my windows. Can you help me to pick the correct series to purchase? Thank you

Hello. I'm replacing two channel balances in a window that's basically not lifting up at all. This is a Silver Line Windows Series 2710 Single Hung Window. I need locks and balancers for these windows. I have no idea how to tell what series they are but the balancers seem to be 16 inches and I have a few locks that are busted also.

Ordered other ones, didn't know one window was smaller! Pics attached-length of metal part is 15 15/16" ((just shy of 16"). Sash weight is 22.2lbs. Only need two (one window set). Also would like 6 window take-out clips (a couple broke). Thank you.
