16 inch end to end of metal piece

I have to replace a broken one. Guess I?m supposed to do both. I want to make sure I buy the right size. The metal measures 16 inches, but your options start with 15. Mine is stamped with 1620B. Just a little confused. Can you tell me what I need? Here?s a picture.

I am looking to replace the channel balance in my windows. The window is a non-tilt with fixed panel at the top. The sticker reads as follows: Series 2312 AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 H-LC50 48x84 How do I located my replacement part? Thanks Gary

My channel Balances is 16 inches long metal to metal, 1/2 inch wide. There is a number stamped on the channel (15D) it is in the last picture. I am looking to purchased (2) for my bathroom window. my 28 inch balance has stamp on it of[ 27 B] and my 16 inch has a stamp of[ 15 D ] what does that tell me.This house was built in 1982 and the windows are made by alenco.

The only stamping I see on my channel balance is 1620 and B.S.I. Judging from the pictures I think I need the S351 because the foot looks closer to what I have. Thanks, Andy

I have to replace the following balances, which are stamped - 15S16 16" long channel 19S21 20" long channel Both are fitted with 19-002 top and 19-002 bottom However, there is no reference to the 4 digit numbers noted on your site. Please advise.

Hello Swisco, Ineed to replace the sash balancers in a metal frames window. I have provided pictures of the sash balancer and a picture of the channel that the balancers go into.
