Hello, I am having a hard time locating the counter balance in the pictures. it is 22" and has a 21 4 stamped on it. it is from an american craftsmen window and the sash weighs 32 pounds.

i have 22inch balancers. the stamp on the metal is 21 12 bs1 tc which channels should i order?

1) 1/2 inch metal channel. The metal channel measures 22 inches but stamped on the channel is: 21 12BS1 (I believe the 5th character is a B but could be an 8) See photo 001. 2) I can't show it installed because both came out. I am looking for a 22" balance, stamped 2190.

I need two (right and left) counter balance assemblies. Only one is broken but I'll replace both. The length is 23 inches total including plastic ends, The channel is 1/2" wide and 5/8" deep. The windows are about 20 years old.

This is 22". Only marking is 2140Y. I need two of them. I don't know when they the windows were installed but the house was built in 1920. Any help is appreciated.

Hi. I need replacement window balances based on the images. The balance is 22 inches long and the width is 1/2 inch. I also have also attached a photo with the only serial number I can find.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The only number I see on this is 2140.

The markings on the part is 2130 the part is 23 inches similar to the 28 inch version the window is 32 x 20 for the whole window is Is 32 x 48

I believe I've narrowed down the replacement channel balance that I need to the Series 351 - 22 inch (metal length, not including plastic hardware extending from the ends of the metal). My stamp says 2190 23 BSI TM (see attached pictures) and I only see stamps up to 2175 available in the catalog. ... (cont.)

I don't know the manufacturer of my windows. All of the balances are 22"long by 5/8" wide by 5/8" deep. I'm not sure what the end pieces should look like as mine are broken. Thanks.

Hello! I need 2 spring balances for a 35"x23" aluminum single glazed sash, (sorry didn't weigh it) The aluminum C-channel is 22" long (w/o ends). and is 9/16" x 5/8" in cross section I could see an ID stamp: 21 A near one end Thanks for your help. -Kurt

I need replacement channel balances for a non-tilting, single hung, double glass window. The existing balance resembles your S351 model. The metal portion is 22" long, with the plastic top and shoe extending a little past that length. The stamped ID information on the existing channel balance is: 21 ... (cont.)

Stamped code is "21 12" - it is a double pane thermal window - we have weighed the sash and it comes in at 38# - the metal channel is 22" long. I have to verify with my son the depth of the shoe but can I assume I need either a S351 or a S390 (depending on the measurement he comes back with) - item ... (cont.)

I have a window that is missing both balances and I have an identical window that has both so the window that has the balances is what i used to provide the pictures and information. Only markings i see on the balance is 2120 E. Hope this information is adequate. thank you Joseph ... (cont.)
