Hello, will you telL me what part I need to purchase? The channel is 22" in length.

The pics uploaded are of a ballast I got from you a few years ago. The window has barely been used, but there seems to be no problem. This is a 22" channel balance. It is 9/16" thick, so that falls under the 1/2" channel and 22" long. I had more than 5 pictures but am only allowed 5. My single hung window is not functioning properly. I think it is one or both of these things (balances?). The length (nic plastic fittings) is 22". The only writing I could find said "21 3".Can you identify and do you have replacement parts?Chris

I have some Block and Tackle I need replaced. Best I can make out is they are BSI 21 12 from the imprint. I do however think that these are not the correct size for these windows as they are quite heavy. The window measures 4' wide by around 22" height. I have attached 5 pictures for reference. Than ... We have a big house build in 1980s. All aluminum widows were made Ryland co. some of windows have different sizes that I will forward them to you. I have to replace all Channel balance with different measurements. Pleas help us to find the right size/Thank youFred

I need to replace a channel balance form y Anderson/American Craftsman double hung windows. Previously I used part # 10-186-21-10 when purchasing from Home Depot back in 2014. I can't seem to find anything with this part number any longer.

metal to metal 22 " code # 21 3 HP CALDWELL

I am looking to replace the channel balances on our windows and need help identifying what to order. We measured 22" and see there is a marking for a 2136 on the old balance.

I believe I need to order the S351-22-2140 but not sure. Attached are photos. It has a stamp 21 4 on the channel but the channel measures 22" in length to maybe the 21 represents lbs.Should I mail you an existing one to be sure? Patrick

I need 4 of these. It's stamped 2130. Measures 22" metal only not including plastic tips. I'm wondering how these mount in the channel. Please advise.

I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds. Your assistance would be appreciated.

one balance is marked 2120F, the other 2120 Q; one discernible differences 1) the color of the top shoe (immaterial). Not sure if I'm looking at S351 or S390 but I'm pretty sure its a 1" shoe depth cause there's seemingly nothing 1 1/8" about it. 22" length balances for sure. Thanks! ... (cont.)
