Looking for this Channel balance its says 2540 BSI and this sash guide.

The metal length measures 26" and the width measures 5/8" the markings are as follows 25-5 IX CMC 11 I need to replace the metal piece with both fittings on each end. Thank you.

The part is 1/2" windth and approx. 27" long including the plastic parts at the ends.

My sister lives in San Francisco. I live in Washington state. I'll be traveling there to help with some miscellaneous house projects. Attached are pictures of the channel balance that is in a majority of my 2nd floor windows. The aluminum body is 26 & 3/8 inches long with "2630" stamped on the back. Metal channel measures 26 inches in length and has no stamping on it anywhere, only the numbers "25 5 GW CMC 11" printed on the outside of the channel.
