Needed new Channel Balancers

window balance
I need to replace two window balances. They are 28 1/2 inches long, 1/2 inches wide and the only marking I see is 28405. The parts resemble your model 351 window balance. The only difference I see is the length (28 inches vs. 28 and 1/2 inches).

Hello. I have a window that cannot be opened. I managed to remove the window sash and balancers. Looks like the balancers and top stoppers are broken too. The balancer marking says 2730. Please help me identify parts I need to get this window working again. Thank you. Nik

Need 2 Balances
I need 2 Balances. 1/2" wide. The metal channel length is 27 15/16"'s. The window weight is about 19.8 pounds. The window balances that were installed, are probably to heavy - strong for the weight of this window. The is a part number on one of the attached photos. Thank you.
