Hi, Can you help me identify this window part? I can't figure it out. It looks like 1/2 inch. 27-4 AA CMC 7. I need 4 of them.

Window installed 1996.

Based on the measurements of the channel (28 in. length and 1/2 in wide) and the design and size of the attachments, I think I need the 28" SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE (https://www.swisco.com/28-inch/pd/Series-351-Channel-Balances/S351-28). the width of the channel appears to be 1/2" and the length is 27" as far as I know it is a non-tilt window. The marking on the unit is 27C USB. Any help identifying it would be appreciated.

One channel balance is missing, the one remaining is broken. It is a 28" - 1/2" - has a 1 1/8" shoe with 2720 stamped on the back. I think the 351 series is a match, but somehow it looks like the spring attachment to channel is somewhat different. Perhaps because it is non functional. I would like ... (cont.)

Can't tell what to order by stamp on channel. It says 27 3. Window weighs 18 lbs.

I measured it at 28" long I have 8 windows

Hello, I am looking to replace these original balances in the windows. Length is 28" not including plastic. Had some trouble measuring the plastic part but it seemed to be a little longer than an inch. Stamp: 27 4 OS CALDWELL Thanks!

I do not see any other mark other than the engraved 2730. This looks somewhat like the parts online for the 28" 2730. I will upload more photos on request

Hi, These windows are appx. 25 yr. old, and there is no identification I could find on them. I can't get the window out.... I think the plastic square blocks on each side, at the top of the window are maybe supposed to be popped out so the window can be slid over in the track...but I'm hoping ... (cont.)

Hello, I need to order 4 of these exact slides to replace mine. All of them are the exact same. The seem to say 27 2 LO Caldwell stamped on each of them. The metal part is 1/2 wide by 28 inches long. I have a customer that needs four of these. One is missing and the other three are all broken in different ways.
