Need help finding a sash gaurd

Need your help finding this Top Sash Guuide for a House built in the Early 1990s. Thank you for your time.

I am not a professional window person. I've heard the piece referred to as a sash stop, sash cam, balance stop... It is from an aluminum window, top of the lower sash. I have found replacement balances but have been unable to locate this part. Got any suggestions?

Attached photos. I'm looking for top sash channel balance guide. Looks like these are handed left/right. My customer needs 4 pairs. Thanks.

The piece is screwed to the inner side of the window. The second picture shows a broken one. Thanks, Mike

This a General Assembly block and tackle style window. I am looking for a replacement for the piece in the photo. I have two windows needing replacement parts. The first one measures approx 29" long (metal to metal end) and has the following imprints: 28 1/4 3 B J and i would need one pair The second window sash balance has the imprint 22 1/4 2 L1 and it measures 23 1/4" long from metal end to metal end. ... The back of the balance channel has: "28 1/4 CK Caldwell"n it. Kathleen thinks it is a Series 351.

I am looking for this plastic stop that attaches to the window to hold the spring balance in place. I need four of these. Thank you.

I am having trouble finding replacement parts. I just found out the window is made by general aluminum if that helps
