Previously ordered Product Code: 18-183 but it didn't work as a replacement. Original sash guide measures at 1 3/4" in length. Flat top piece measures at 13/16" in width and 11?16" in depth. Is there another Top Sash guide that can be suggested that matches the measurements of the original? ... (cont.)

I have two different type on same window one looks like s351 or s390 one looks like s380 or s385 probaly have been replaced before and not sure which is correct also clip on window is broken. See photo

I have balances with wings on the top and wings on the bottom. But my shoe is less than one inch deep. A swisco rep says I can get that as a custom shoe. These r being used on jordan windows approx 34 yr old windows. Balancer used is 1/2 wide- 28in- 4-KJ - Caldwell . Also has # on balancer= 2840 F. Thank U very much !!
