Please help me to identify this part. I see 2830 and the hight without plactic part is 28 3/4", which I think consider 29". Both plastic pieces on the top and bottom have wings. The closes I found is S380 2830.

The channel balance is 28-5/5" long, width 9/16", depth 11/16". The sash weight is 21.2 lb. The balance is marked 28 C along it's length and BSI across as in the picture. I have several windows in varying states of disrepair. Ballasts, Ballast Caps (the plastic cap that the ballast rests on on the top of the window), the seal on the sides and the bottom of the window... broken plastic retainer that holds the glass in, etc.. 2830 channel sash balance 29" Number?

Greetings. Attached are photos of the ends of my balance. It is 28.75" long (metal part only), so I presume this is a "29-inch" balance. It is also 9/16" wide (1/2 series, right?). Stamped on it is 2830 Q. The closest match I could find on your site was series 371 with the 19-031 and 15-005 end ... (cont.)
