I need help identifying correct replacement for a Caldwell 27 2 ES channel balance. Balance length (steel only) 28", bottom shoe depth 7/8", sash weight 17.5 pounds

I have some old wooden sash with broken balancers. I'd like to talk to someone about easiest way to reinstall balancers. Sash won't come out until I remove wooden trim stop that retains sash in frame. It won't fit over balancers so must be installed in sash to install. Any hints for holding balance ... (cont.)

Not sure which model would replace the channel balance The length is 26" The Top no wing The shoe is 1" with wing not sure which would best replacement.

All information is in the attached pictures. Need to identify the type of channel hardware I need to make the windows go up and down easily. Also could use some instructions on how to remove the window pane off the tracks to replace the hardware.Thanks

Hi! This 1/2" wide 28" long balance appears to be matching up with the 19-002 non winged top guide with a 1" deep 15-005 winged bottom shoe. Is that combo available? The main issue with the window is the top guide looks to have chipped away and doesn't catch on the top of the sash anymore. I haven ... (cont.)

Hello, not sure how to measure the shoe on these balances, the picture on the website is unclear. Do I measure from the wings or in the valley? See pic to see one measurement is 1-3/16" and the other was 1". Thanks for you help!

Hi, I have a Simonton window that has a broken top sash guide. It was always though to open prior to the guide braking.
