I need helping finding the same or a similar part that will allow the balance to function normally. This part is the bottom guide for a channel balance 2540. A previous provider had them but have discontinued them and I don't know what will be a best replacement for it. Thank you! ... (cont.)

I have some "All Weather Windows" which need the window sash balances replaced. Looking on line, I found the balance matches your p/n S-385 in a 38" length. The weight of the sash is 39lbs which is beyond the 37-40 max weight capacity of 32lbs. The stamped # in the balance channel is 37-E-50. Can a ... (cont.)

I am replacing the channel balance for an Alcan window. Your part 30" Series 380 Channel Balance, Product Code: S380-30 appears to be the correct part. My neighbor bought S385-33 Option 3240 33" rail. Winged bottom and top guides. Mine that I pulled out do not have the little hook shown in the picture on your website.

The window is PGT 36" x 36" single hung. The balance top looks like 19-005. The bottom shoe looks like 15-005 but without the wings. The balance on the window is 37". I am in need of a new non tilt channel balance to replace broken part. Existing is 29 inch metal channel with 28B marking. 9/16 width and 1/2 depth. Has winged top guide and winged bottom shoe. Looks like your 380 part but my bottom shoe depth is only 7/8 inches.
