Hello, I am disappointed to find out that I also need smaller bottom fittings. I recently ordered 24 of the 30" 380 series because this website said to compensate for wear when measuring the old channel balances. The 380 series with 1" depth does not fit, so I'm tempted to shave them down with a dre ... (cont.)

I have a non-tilt channel balance with a stamp of 2920 BSI. It appears to be a 380 with a 15-005 bottom fitting. However, is the 1" depth for the 005 fitting a nominal dimension or actual? My fitting measures about 7/8" - see uploaded picture.

Good morning, . Please custom made two 34" length x 9/16" x 5/8" steel housing with your 19- 005 top, 15-005 shoe. The old balance stamp is 33DS 43.Which channel balance can replace stamp 33DS 43 non tilt? S390-34 3365 seems not that strong.

I'm trying to find the right replacement balance. The original balance is 37" long and has the number 3630 stamped near the bottom of the balance.

Metal portion is 21 inches long and 1/2 wide. This is a pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio that blew out during hurricane Milton. I bought this house used and these are contractor grade windows, I don't know who makes them. The metal/metal length is 29". The channel is 9/16" wide and 9/16" deep. Both balance top and shoe are winged. I think the balance top is probably a 19-005. As for the shoe, I think it resembles a 15-029. D ... (cont.)

Dear SwiscoI want to order parts however cannot figure out the part numbers. Want to replace the channel balances and top sash guides. Metal part of the channel balance is 37 inches. There is a number 3650 on the side of the channel balance.Much appreciated.Francois

The length is 21" the number reads 2030 which I can find on amazon but holes do not matchI need four, any help will be appreciated - thank you Miguel
