Good Morning, In need of replacement channel balances. In speaking to customer service, it was determined that these will need to be custom. The length of the channel is 29" Width of the channel is roughly 5/8" The depth of the shoe is between 7/8" and 15/16" Stamp is 28C I will need (10) balances ... (cont.)

length of metal track is 37 inches not including ends

Would the part # 19-005 work for my windows? All the measurements seem close except for the 11/16" measurement on 19-005. My Chanel Balance Top is 13/16". Thank you for your help.

Requesting 4 Window channels 35" series s380 3440 weight. I need a smaller 7/8" winged balance shoe #15-029 installed instead of the standard 1". I need the balances and the guides for my Kinco windows. The balances have the following numbers/letters 34 4 NM BSI. I could not find any identifying marks on the guides. I was wondering if you could match the guides to the balances. Also the guides seem to be the root of the problem, do they make ... (cont.)

Please call me, my 1/2" wide window channel balance popped up in the channel. I think the plastic thingy on the top of it that held it in place may have broken. Maybe that's why it popped up? Mike

I have balances with wings on the top and wings on the bottom. But my shoe is less than one inch deep. A swisco rep says I can get that as a custom shoe. Caen't determine bottom depth due to wear. It's either a 380 or 385 depending on depth. Any help is appriciated. Measured depth is ~ 0.900 inches. Eric
