19-005 Channel Balance Top, Winged

Everything matches, but I am concerned that the shoe depth is 1 inch on this model -- where shoe depth is measuring 7/8" (maybe 15/16 at the most).

Hi, I am looking to replace my channel balances, can you help me identity the correct replacement. I am Al's going to replace the sash guide, which I think I have identified the correct replacement.

What replacement would you recommend for this? Stamped number is 2740. Thank you.

Do you carry a replacement for the channel balance shown in the pictures attached? I'm a contractor myself, but these are for our home in Florida.

Having a hard time finding this balancer everyone that I've ordered has been too short so the window is very loose

30" long metal channel 9/16" wide S380 Balance Shoe is 1" wide; mine is around 15/16" or 7/8". S380 Balance Top looks the same Stamped "2940"

I have two caldwell window channel balance I need to replace. One is stamped 17 4 GR Caldwell. The other one is stamped 32 4 HR Caldwell. Both are 1/2" size. Please tell me which one to buy. I placed an order in August of last year. Although, the balances were custom I have the following information from the order: S100-24-A91 2360 Stamp Channel Balance w/ a 19-005 top and a 15-029 bottom attached. I need to order 4 more. I've removed then of the broken window balances and determined I need a 2860, 29 inch long unit that looks like the S380/S385. I believe this is 35" Series 380 Channel Balance S380-35 / Option: 3440 Am I right?

Purchased S380-29" but can't fit my window in. Upon comparing it to the original channel (see images), I noticed that the ones I purchased are at least 2 milimeters deeper. How do I go about getting the correct one?
