S380-20 20" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need a non-tilt balance.The width is 1/2 in. The length is 20inches. I believe the model I need is the s385 as the heel to toe measurement is slightly more than an inch.

Hi,Attached are pics of the channel balances for 2 windows at the front of my house.The metal frame is 20" long and it's stamped "19 5 EP CALDWELL". Hello. This balance is from an epi window, installed in about 2002. The metal channel is 20 inches long, 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep. The only stamp is included in the photos. I need 4. Thanks for your help

Hi, I'm looking to replace balances for 5 windows: A. Three windows have balances marked 2520F. The metal channels are 26" long. Each sash weighs 12 lb 11 oz. B.
