The metal channel measures 19 15/16". There are plastic wings on both ends. We would like to purchase 24 of them, or if there is a bundled amount in a box that would be economical that could be fine. Which balance option should I choose if mine has a 19-9 stamp? 1910?1920? Etc.

Hi, this is from a Milgard single-hung fiberglass window. I'm guessing it's a 20" S385-20, but i'd like a second opinion. Thanks!

The only marking I found was the number 1920. One side I measured 20" As you can see all the parts that help open the window are missing. Thanks

Need replacement caldwell window balancers

Not sure what these are called but I have a few broken ones in my window. They are 20 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and there is a number 19 D stamped on the side

Hi so thanks to your website, i am now ready to order a pair of 20" (1930 stamped on current part) window balances. The feet are 1" deep so its the 380 series. (Correct me if I'm wrong). I am pretty sure that I need your 385 series. But wanted to verify. The shoe is 1 3/32, so it's not the 380 series.
