S380-22 22" Series 380 Channel Balance

Looking for the replacement part for these window balances. They are 22" in length and 1/2" wide. I saw no markings on them. I have more pictures so if more information is needed please let me know. Thank you.

Needed 4 of the 27 C B.S.I. and 4 of the 21 B B.S.I. plus 8 sash top guids

The only markings I saw are in the photos. it says "21 4 GL Caldwell" I have an idea which one I need to get, but I narrowed it down to two, and I still am not sure the difference between them. Hello. I need to replace two balances. They are marked 2720 but I'm not sure what top clips I need. I have attached a picture of the clip retainer at the top of the window and the clip as it sits at the top of the balance. The width across the white clip is 7/8 in. Appreciate any assistance. ...
