S380-22 22" Series 380 Channel Balance

One of our windows is missing the channel balances, so I'm not sure how to figure out a replacement. The four other single hung windows in our home use S380, so I am assuming this will be the same. I can also weigh the sash. However, how do I figure out what length the channel balances need to be? T ... (cont.)

Please advise me which one to choose. I found my balancer is 1/2" Wide Channel Balance. There are many variations raging from S350 to S745. I wonder which one I should choose. Thank you Tatsumi

I have two sets of window channel sets I need. The first channel is a 2720 bsi. It measures metal to metal 28" long. THe second channel is stamped 2130 bsi. It measures 22" long metal to metal tip to tip. I am also in need of the plastic stops that go at the top of the window. They are black plasti ... (cont.)

The model number on the channel Balance is 2120. Based on the measurements I took, in order to replace the entire mechanism I would need part "22" Series 351 Channel Balance". But before ordering 8 of these I would like your concurrence based on the pictures I took. Thanks.

To whom it may concern, I have Rollyson windows (circa 1986). The balancer that failed has the following markings on it: 21 4 E1 Caldwell. It looks like your S380 or S385 is the correct replacement but I can't tell what the difference is between the 15-004 and 15-005 shoes is. My shoe is 15/ ... (cont.)

I have a window of size 23 inches in lenght. It is a dual hung Non-tilt windows. Since the balancers were broken i took them out and gave it to a handy man to search for replacement parts. The stamped number has only two digits and a letter: 21C. The length is 22", width 1/2", with a 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Is that sufficient information to order a replacement pair?

I'm looking at the stamp on my balance it does not say the full 4 numbers, it states "21 2" then after the "2" vertically it has 3 letter stamp "B.S.I.", then horizontally (same direction as "21 2" after the "B.S.I.") it's followed by a NG. I'm convinced the part I need is a 22" s380. Is there any ... (cont.)
