S380-23 23" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to order some new balances. I have attached pics. It says 22-5 on the balance.

I have an S380 Balance that is 23 inches and marked 22-9 and I don't see it on your web site catalog. Can you quote me two of these parts. Thank you Jim

I have a 23 inch balance with a number 2230 off a sash that weighs 17.2 pounds and a 17 inch balance with a number 1620 off a sash that weighs 9.2 pounds. I can not find a Weight Range stamp on the Balance. The window is a series 380 DH-R30 and the glass measures 42.5" W x 22" H (Just glass, no frame. Could you help me with this? Also, in following your removal instructions, I can't locate the release clip? Thanks for your help Barry ... (cont.)

The window is one of 13 installed sometime between 1960 and 1998. The lower sash weighs 28-29 lbs. The outside dimensions are W-51" x Ht-25 5/8". Can you help me identify what series this is? 1/2" Wide Channel Balances... shows 2220 BSI... clips are in very poor condition... see pic.. i think top and bottom are both wing'ed. length 23" (just the metal parts) i cannot seem to get a good measurement of the clips.. looks to be broken ... On one that is 23" long the stamp is 22 4 so this would be 2240. On the other the stamp # is 25 4 and it is 26" long. What number would this on be? Thanks, Al

i think that the replacements i need are the 380 series but i am being asked for a stamped number. mine only have the printed information 22 4 ck caldwell and 13 4 bk caldwell and 13 4 lj caldwell these are 22 inch and 13 inch units
