S380-23 23" Series 380 Channel Balance

The metal portion of the channel balance is 23 inches long. The window is 25 inches tall X 51 inches wide.

I need to order some new channel balances for some non-tilt CWS windows. The code at the bottom is only three numbers spaced like such 22 5 followed by a small RD then large BSI. The dimensions I have measured is the metal 23", 9/16" width, and 1/2" depth (most people are saying theirs are 5/8" bu ... (cont.)

Which model do I need for both of these balances? Is it recommended to replace both balances at once? The majority of my windows don?t work (they won?t stay up). They didn?t work within a year of having them installed 10 years ago. Is it recommended to replace the windows or give these new balance ... (cont.)

I do not know exactly which channel balance I need. I would like a brand new complete unit for two windows. The windows are located in bedrooms, they are non-tilt, the current channel is 1/2 inch. The length isn't quite 23 inches. The windows are pretty heavy, I don't have a scale to weight them tho ... (cont.)

I need to replace a broken sash. I know I need a 23" type 380 but not sure about the sash weight. There are no markings at all on the balance. The window sash is 26X51 inches. What option should I choose? Don't have a scale to measure it

The 5 photos hopefully give you enough information to identify the channel. Windows were installed in 2001. The channels were supposed to be identical but it would appear 1 has been butchered for an unknown reason. The only marking on the channel appears to be 22 4 HR CALDWELL (but is a bit uncl ... Looks like# 380 series, but not as rounded. Also, have 2 different balances. Also need the top trim that attaches to the window. Am I taking on too much to try to replace weatherstrip? Thanks

I need to replace the window balances in several non-tilt aluminum windows of unknown manufacture. The house was built in 1953. I have removed the lower sash from one window. It which measures 51" wide by 22-5/8" ht. The sash weighs 29-30 lbs. The old balances are 1/2" in width and 23" in length ... (cont.)

I need to replace the block and tackle devices on two windows. The first device has a designation 22 4 IQ Caldwell the second designation is 24 4 EQ Caldwell.I wish to replace both devices for each of two windows.I will attach photos of the plastic ends.

I'm replacing a balance. The vinyl sash measures 24" x 26" and the thermal pane appears to about 22" x 24". Do you have an estimate for the window weight so I can get the correct balance strength? Thanks.
