Hello i already have the channel balance 33 " (3230) i am missing this little parts that i sent in the picture the bottom and the upper part . Is there a way you can let me know if you have these parts , if you do i need 5 bottom pieces and 5 upper pieces .

this seems to be like the Series 371 Channel Balance with 19-031 top guide and a winged 15-005. However on my balances the "wings" are about 1-1/16. Any insight? Thanks!

I have American Windows Miami brand windows circa 1994. One of them has a broken set of balances marked 24D. I didn't find an exact match. I am looking for the top, nylon guide for a 2740 balance channel and hope you can help me identify the correct part number.

Trying to identify the proper channel balance for replacement. My current balance is stamped with 18D. So it looks like I need a 19": Series 371 seems to be closest but may not be exact. Greetings. Attached are photos of the ends of my balance. It is 28.75" long (metal part only), so I presume this is a "29-inch" balance. It is also 9/16" wide (1/2 series, right?). Stamped on it is 2830 Q. The closest match I could find on your site was series 371 with the 19-031 and 15-005 end ... (cont.)

You should be able to remove them from the sash. If you're uncertain, you may submit a photo of your application.
