S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to replace eight balances labeled 26-3 and two balances labeled 26-4. Every channel measures 27" long (metal length). I also need 4 take-out clips. Photos will accompany this post. I'll be glad to supply any additional information you need.

Can you help to identify what model channel balance I should order for my single hung windows? the cord seems to have snapped. Original model number appears to be 26 5 IW CMC 11

Hello, I am looking at your S380-27 on your website, but the stamp on my channel says 2690. Which option should be chosen?

Good afternoon,Could ypu please identify and quote on 6/ea window balancers, ends per the attached photo.They are stamped "26 3" and "RN BSI TJ", the metal section is 27 inches long, and the overall length tip-to-tip of plastic end pieces is 28 inches.Thanks!Paul

Channel balance remains in frame when window closes and sometimes in the bottom of frame when opening window. This causes windows to get stuck and not work properly. Hi - I appreciate the help. Need to replace a Milgard balance with stamp 26 5 KM CMC 11. Only one of the two balance parts is stamped but they appear to be the same. I would like to purchase a matching pair even though only one is broken. Thank you.

I send you two pictures with the existing channels removed from my customers window. Both measures 27" long but what strikes me the most was that they have different stamps. The window is approximately 20 lbs and I need to know what to order. Please reply with advise. Thanks
