The string and one small part on the end was broken one day, and i think need to replace the whole part. could you find this? what's the cost of the part and the shipment to San Jose, CA. thx!

Balance is 1/2" wide. Metal part of balance is 27" long. If including plastic boots, the entire balance is 28" long. The bottom boot has #15P102 and a 3 below that number. The other balance's bottom boot has the same part number but a 4 below it instead. I can't seem to find any part numbers for the ... (cont.)

Definitely 27 inch metal part. The ends are definitely one inch, not 1 and 3/32". The stamped marking is confusing me. All I can find is 26B. Can you help me with this information and theses pictures?

I need to find correct part# for 2 Sizes of window balances both 1/2" width but one is 27" long and the other is 15" long. Measured just the metal piece not the two plastic fittings on the ends.

I have a roughly 28.5 x 57 window that I need to repair. Attached are photos of the piece that came out as I was attempting to close the window. The metal piece measures 27".

The marking on the balance is 26 5 FR CALDWELL The length of the metal part (not including the shoes) is 27". The bottom shoe is 1" deep measured from the wing to the other end (measured at 90 degrees to the metal channel). I think I have to get 380-27 27" Series. Could you please confirm that th ... I have two windows which need to have the sash balances replaced. 1st window has numbers listed as: 26 4 CW CMC 10 and the pictures are for that one. 2nd window has numbers listed as 20 4 LV CMC 2.
