My balance is 27 inches long, non-tilt, 1/2" wide.

Hello I have the following balance installed in a single hung non tilting window. It will no longer stay up. I am unsure which to order for replacement. Thank you!

26 5 AP CALDWELL Printed on the face. Channel is 26" long by 1/2" Lower end measues 1 1/16". Part in window measures 1 7/16" by 5/8" by 21/32". Window weight is 24 pounds.I need 2 balances and, probably should replace the window guide piece.Thanks. Richard

Hello, I need help ordering the correct parts for a channel balance 27 inches long with a stamp of 2640. The string that was inside was all tangled up in the wheels and it came unattached. I think I may also be missing a hook after watching one of your videos.

I had channel balance cord break in a Milguard window.The printed number on the back of the channel is: 26 4 CL CALDWELLThe metal part is 27" long.The bottom of the channel is 1 1/16" wide but the top measures 1 1/8".The width of the shoe is 1 1/8" The window weight is 23 lbs.Can you ID a replacemen ... I need to replace a balance for my window and I am not sure which type i should order. The length is 27" Can you help?

The original is stamped 2640. The channel measures 27" in length minus the shoes. The width measures 9/16". This appears to be a Series 380 but your note on the bottom shoe has me wondering. Good afternoon,One of my windows sash balance nylon cable snapped and I'm requesting proper part number so that I can order a replacement (both sides). The window is manufactured by HURD Millwork Company of Merrill, WI.

this is on th balance 20 3 cx cmc 7 Can you help me with ordering information as i need more than one and maybe a you-tube video with instructions.

House will be going on the market soon and don't want to have any surprises when the inspectors/appraisers come to take a look.
