S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'd like to replace the window balances in 3 windows. All have the same top and bottom plastic parts. The photos are of the longest at 37" with 3640 stamped on it. I have a 35" with 34-9 FA2 CMC 13 stamped on it. Then a 30" with 29-91675 stamped on it.

VERY difficult to raise window and wont stay in place. I think I need a 770 balance, 29D. broken string evident.apparent metal channel is 9/16" W on one side and a loose spring on the other side. Do I need 1 or 2 per window?

Hi,I believe I have S380 hardware on my windows. They are 30" long with "29 3" and "BS1" stamped on the 1" frame. I don't know what the weight option is. 30 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. I do not know the brand, however there is a part number on the channel rod that says 2940 RK as shown in one of the pictures

i believe they are 350 series they measure 30" long. the numbers are imp 29ds 38 bsi eb.
