S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

Aluminum windows installed in 2001 built Florida home.

I need a few pieces to help me get the windows fixed in a house we are getting ready to sell. Two sets of two springs each. Looking for 4 window sash guides and balance guides. Balance is 1/2" x 30" long. Sash is 7/8" at top 5/8" wide and 1-1/2" long

VERY difficult to raise window and wont stay in place. I think I need a 770 balance, 29D. broken string evident.apparent metal channel is 9/16" W on one side and a loose spring on the other side. Do I need 1 or 2 per window?

Hi,I believe I have S380 hardware on my windows. They are 30" long with "29 3" and "BS1" stamped on the 1" frame. I don't know what the weight option is. 30 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. I do not know the brand, however there is a part number on the channel rod that says 2940 RK as shown in one of the pictures

i believe they are 350 series they measure 30" long. the numbers are imp 29ds 38 bsi eb.

Part #2930 stamped on housing.

Balance Channel(s) only stamped 2920
