The broken balancer is on a bathroom window with the lower sash that slides up and down. I think the windows are from around 1991. Need help identifying the correct spring balncer

I need four window balances for a customer of mine, but I'm not sure which one to order. There are no markings on the existing balance, but it measures 30" (not including plastic ends). I have more photos if needed. Thank you, Tony
