My windows dont stay open and was told need to replace this part

Can you please set me up with the correct window balance please

2930 B,S.I. BG stanped on channel both ends have ears I have 12 thirty year old windows that I would like to replace the channel balances on. 30" channel Length2920Y RT Channel2950 RA Left Channel (why are they different, these are original windows when built in 2006) I don't know brand builder was Toll Brothers.Need 1 pair for single hung window.

Appear to be half inch , thirty inches long. engravement 293.. not sure if this these ends are 380 or 385? Thank you

Need help identifying the correct spring balncer

I need four window balances for a customer of mine, but I'm not sure which one to order. There are no markings on the existing balance, but it measures 30" (not including plastic ends). I have more photos if needed. Thank you, Tony

Just need right parts I know how to install.

Part number on old balance is 29 6 AX CMC 1. The sash weight is 32.2 lbs. The metal is 30 inches. I think it is a 380 or 385 seriese. Top appears to be a 19-005. Bottom (not sure, either15-004 or 15-005).

Hi I need to replace the sash balances in my windows. The stamp is 2950. The width is either 1/2 in or 5/8. They are 30 in long.

need replacement of non tilt window balance with markings 29 5 jv cmc 7. Window has one of these balances on left and right sides. window will not stay up without blocking it with a length of wood. photo attached is the left side. the right side is same but has no markings.
