Hi I'm looking for a channel balance, the length of the metal is 30" but the inscription says 29. I found S350 looks similar but one of the ends is off. It doesn't look like there's a model that's exactly the same as the one I have. also, it would be for 2930 (16 to 23 pounds) thanks ... (cont.)

Looking to identify this top sash guide. It goes to a 2940 BSI CHANNEL BALANCE.

The metal portion of the guide measures 30" long x about 9'/16" wide. Please see pictures for stamp. Please provide quote. Thanks!

The broken balancer is on a bathroom window with the lower sash that slides up and down. I think the windows are from around 1991. I want to replace both sides, which should be straightforward if I can find the matching part. One side is functioning but old. The other the tab broke off that secures ... (cont.)
