S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, we are attempting to replace our window channel balance on a 30lb non tilt window. It is a 1/2 inch width and 30 3/4 inches long. It has no stamping on it to indicate the series.

I need replacement pairs of window balances for the balance shown in the attached pics. The numbers 2930 appear on the balance (see pics). Non tilting window, very difficult to open and close. Replaced two broken 18-127 parts. Want to see if replacing the channel balances solves the issue. Are you able to identify the correct channel balances I need from the pictures.

Need two 33" Channel Balance for window. The numbers on the channel balance read: 32 3 IW CMC 11. I measure 33" from top to bottom of the metal. I also gave a photo of the window edge for additional help.

I need to replace qty. 2, block & tackle assemblies, complete and ready to install. Channel Length = 30, Width = 1/2". Stamped on the bottom of the channel is: 2930 CA in the vertical and in the horizontal small stamping B S T. Any support will be appreciated.

The plastic clip that holds balance rod in place is broke on many windows and same with a few clips on balances them selves the metal rod is 30" and 1/2" wide.
