Hello, I installed the counterbalance and top sash guides with no problems except the window slides down about 50% , I double checked the original CB stamp and it says "30" so my guess is the springs are of a wrong weight. ??? Please advise . Thank You , Mike

About a month ago I ordered and received S380-31 (31" Series 380 Channel Balance). It was installed and works. I find today that the top plastic sash guide is broken. What is the replacement part and no. ? Thank you.

my window balance has the number 30 3 Caldwell AM printed on it. I am ordering 4 of the 31" series 380, would I need to select the option 3030 for the correct fit? Thanks for the help, Tony
