S380-31 31" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need two 31 inch 380 channel balances with a 3030 stamp with the 15-029 shoe and the 16-002 clip attached. Can you help me?

One side of the channel balance in my large bedroom window broke. I had a handyman come to replace. He replaced the one side with a 3050. Now the other side has broke. Doing this myself and after a lot of reading, I noticed that the now broken balance is stamped with "29DS IMP 48L BSI". Obviously, t ... (cont.)

They are 31" in length. I will need several. They are marked "30 3 BO CALDWELL" I don't have installed photos. This one kinda fell down and I pulled it out.

Looking for window balances stamped 3050, please provide pricing. Thank you!

1-marked 2940 bsi vk measures 1/2"wide 31"long and a 1" base plate 1-marked 2840 bsi ax measures 1/2"wide 30" long and a 1" base plate I believe someone replaced the balance with the wrong size (2840) The window measures 51" x 61" inside the house

Hello, I need to replace a couple sets of channel balances and am hoping you can help me hone in on the correct parts. The first 4 pictures starting with the one stamped with a "30" on it are all from the same channel balance. The metal part of the sash is 31 inches. The last picture with the "15" ... (cont.)

I was able to remove the sliders and the cover has totally disintegrated. I?d like to know what kind of sliders and covers to buy? Thanks!

I replaced my channel balance on one of my windows with the S380-31 opt. 3030... The window opens easily but is hard to shut; Any ideas on what could be the problem.

This is related to the below order. My contractor thinks I'm missing this part. Can you identify this for me? I ordered S38-31 Option 3030 and would like to know if there s any other hardware I would need to put this balance in its place? Please see attached for further review

I purchased some channel balances from you last month. On your advice I purchased the S380-31 model. Upon receiving them, I compared the new one to mine. Hi I believe I have a 380 series based on what I could find on your site however, I'm sure sure of the stamp number. I attached a few images to help confirm the stamp number and whether this is a 380 series. Please let me know your thoughts. Cheers Nathan
