Hello, I need to replace a couple sets of channel balances and am hoping you can help me hone in on the correct parts. The first 4 pictures starting with the one stamped with a "30" on it are all from the same channel balance. The metal part of the sash is 31 inches. The last picture with the "15" ... (cont.)

I was able to remove the sliders and the cover has totally disintegrated. I?d like to know what kind of sliders and covers to buy? Thanks!

Hi,I have old Rollyson single hung windows, series 2500, and need new channel balances and take out clips.I've attached pictures of the balances. They have the following written on them 30 3 CL CaldwellEnd to end they are 32" long. Could you help identify replacement?Thanks,Mike

I replaced my channel balance on one of my windows with the S380-31 opt. 3030... The window opens easily but is hard to shut; Any ideas on what could be the problem.

I purchased some channel balances from you last month. On your advice I purchased the S380-31 model. Upon receiving them, I compared the new one to mine. I noticed a slight difference in the height of the plastic piece on the end. Will this make a difference when installed or is the difference s ... (cont.)

Hi I believe I have a 380 series based on what I could find on your site however, I'm sure sure of the stamp number. I attached a few images to help confirm the stamp number and whether this is a 380 series. Please let me know your thoughts. Cheers Nathan

Can you verify if your top sash guide pair 18-124P is what I need? Hoping those would get a lot of my windows in working order. If I find I also need to replace any channel balances, do you carry one that would work?
