Balances failed on window over the tub. Windsor builder grade windows in DR Horton house builr in 2006.

Hi I'm searching for this balancer it shows 1830 on the parts, I would like to order 16 pieces of it.

The window parts came from "BLOMBERG" SYSTEM Sacramento, California. 25 years old.

Having difficulty locating these balances with the top and bottom. The metal part of one balance measures 24 7/16 stamped 2430. The other metal part balance measures 18 1/2" and is stamped 1820. The sash guide pics show the different dimensions

Hi this is my 18 window balancer which has a stamp so I belive its a 400 series ? But it's the only park on it and I don't know what weight to use to choose right replacement part.

I need to replace the channel balances of several (not sure exactly how many at the moment) windows. The only inscription on the part is 1840. They are 19" long. I have determined that I need a series 390-19, but I am unsure as to the stamp option. The ones I am replacing don't contain any number that I can find. The window is a standard double pane, aluminum, measuring approximately 21" X 25". What option would you suggest?
