S390-22 22" Series 390 Channel Balance

Good afternoon, I have two identical windows that are side by side in my bedroom. The one on the left has channel balances marked 2040. Both of those balances are broken. Can I order S351-22 with 15-001 shoe attack and top with 19 002

I am looking at the S351-22 and the S390-22 Channel balances. My balances have a similar shoe to the 15-001 except the 1 1/8 dimension on my part is 1 1/16. Does the actual part meet the 1 1/8 dimension or is it slightly under and closer to the 1 1/16 I am looking for? If not I will order the S35 ... (cont.)

Channel balance is approximately 22 inches long 1/2 inch wide with the numbers 21B and B.S.I. stamped on it. Top sash Balance guide has one hole for screw.

Hi- I have 10 windows which need balances replaced. I can't see the difference between the 15-001 shoes & the 15-002 shoes. Hello I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

You will want to order a 2130 balance. You still have to pick out your fittings to put on the balance, however.
