S390-22 22" Series 390 Channel Balance

This is 22". Only marking is 2140Y. I need two of them. I don't know when they the windows were installed but the house was built in 1920. Any help is appreciated.

Hi. I need replacement window balances based on the images. The balance is 22 inches long and the width is 1/2 inch. I also have also attached a photo with the only serial number I can find.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The only number I see on this is 2140.

The markings on the part is 2130 the part is 23 inches similar to the 28 inch version the window is 32 x 20 for the whole window is Is 32 x 48

I measured this guide as you say to do on your website it came to 21" and is 1/2 width. There is a stamp on it marked 21 c bsi. I cannot find any manufacture or other markings on window. I don't know the manufacturer of my windows. All of the balances are 22"long by 5/8" wide by 5/8" deep. I'm not sure what the end pieces should look like as mine are broken. Thanks.

I am pretty sure the replacement is series 390. On the existing balances the o only markings are 21 A and 21 B. Does this suggest there is a right and left balance?

looks like a part S390 # stamp on part is (21 12 BSI) 1/2 in channel 22 in length 48 x 24 double glass window pretty good weight to it.

Can I just scale my window glass and divided by 2 to get the lbs?

Hello! I need 2 spring balances for a 35"x23" aluminum single glazed sash, (sorry didn't weigh it) The aluminum C-channel is 22" long (w/o ends). and is 9/16" x 5/8" in cross section I could see an ID stamp: 21 A near one end Thanks for your help. -Kurt

I have a 22 inch window balance that has the markings 21A on it I also have several from the same size windows that have the marking of 21d on them also. I need replacement balances with the plastic feet at the ends. Thank you

Stamped code is "21 12" - it is a double pane thermal window - we have weighed the sash and it comes in at 38# - the metal channel is 22" long. I have to verify with my son the depth of the shoe but can I assume I need either a S351 or a S390 (depending on the measurement he comes back with) - item ... (cont.)
