I need the 22" series 390 channel balance but I do not know which stamp option to select. The writing on my current balance says "21 11 of BSI." Please help!

Hello, I'm getting ready to place my order of two replacement channel balances. I don't know which stamp option to choose. The window is a 48 x 48 but the part that slides is 45x24 and its double pane glass. Thanks in advance!

I have a customer with double pane vinyl windows that have 22" balances. the stamp on the current sash is 2190. I removed one of the sashes and it is 35#. Do you have an option that will work in this application?

Hello Like others who have posted, I have a channel balance with a stamp of 21 12 BSI on it. It is a non-tilt window with 1/2" wide channels. The metal shaft is 22" long.
