S390-25 25" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hello, We have several double hung windows, where the balances have fallen out and/or are no longer working. I can't seem to identify the manufacturer of the windows and would like to replace the balances but don't feel confident identifying the correct one (I don't know anything about windows). ... Could not determine if channel balance is S351 or S390 series or special order. Channel width is 9/16". Length is 25". Markings on channel : 24 3 LJ Caldwell Photos attached.

Please provide price & any further instructions available for complete coil spring balance assembliess in need. I am needing to replace the balances in my home. The original manufacturer was Kinco. Windows were installed in 1986. Windows are non-tilting double hung. I think I need 390 series w/ 19-002top & 15001 shoe. Does this match any previous requests for similar window. Thank You.

I got a 2430 balance with a 19-002 top. However, I am having trouble identifying the right shoe. It's either 15-001 or 15-002. Size 2430 non-tilt 1/2" wide 19-002 top see pictures for the shoe (either a 15-001 or 15-002??) thank you.
