S390-25 25" Series 390 Channel Balance

I am trying to replace the balances on two windows. They have some faint markings that say "24-3 68(?) Caldwell". They are 5/8" deep and just slightly more than 5/8" channel width (11/16"?).

Need balances for 2 different size windows. Markings on the 37 inch balance says 3640., 25 inch says 2430. I believe that your 350 series should work. Please confirm so I can order . Thanks.

I have a 24 inch balancer with the markings 24 C BSI. Believe the top matches 19-002 and the shoe 15-003. I don't find a balancer with this combination of top and shoe. Do you custom make balancers?

I am looking for the part numbers for these balances and attachments shown in attached pictures, stamped on the rails are 2420 on one and 1820 on the other. Please let know so I can order. Thanks Bill

need a new channel balance for a "NuPrime" double hung window. Aluminum channel measures 24 7/16 long, 1/2in. channel and has a number 2430 stamped on it. Do you need any more info than this to find a replacement? Peg

What's the purpose of a balance shoe? I am trying to select new balance, I don't have a true original. The top seems to be a 19-002, but I don't know how to determine the correct shoe. I have a single hung window that is missing its two balances. What balance would I use to make this window operational again? The lower sash is 39" wide x 26" high. It weighs 23 pounds. Thanks, Dan

I have a number of channel balances for my Jordan windows to replace, including the top and the shoe (bottom). They are 1/2 wide (9/16 really), 25 inches long, or 17 inches long (different windows. I just sent another question earlier. I thought they were S351-25 but I think these are more like S390-25. Any rate the stamp still says 2490. I would like to replace 4 of them.

I have some very old builder's windows that have broken channel balances and balance top stops. The metal portion of the balances measure 25 to 25 1/4 inches and have 2040 stamped on them.
