Hi - I followed your video, my balance has a stamp of 24 4 B.S.I. 0C I assume I need 2440 balance to replace that one. Can you confirm? Thank you!! Alexander

These balances are in a house that was built in 1984. Measures 25 in Long. And it says 24 30 < on the back.

I need to replace both my channel balances. I found a 2440 stamp on the balance but not sure which series I should order? The balance is 25" from the metal ends and 26" from the plastic ends. Thanks!

Greetings: I run a business that preps houses that are going on the market. I am prepping a house that has 4 windows that will not stay open. The printing on my broken channel balance is 24 5 HR CALDWELL. After going through the look and measurements, I'm pretty sure I need 25" 390 series. However, it's the weight option, my sash is around 29 lbs, printing above looks like I'll need 2450, but that supports up to 27 lbs. Do I need to r ... (cont.)

The other window has both balances, but one balance has no shoe and the other balance has no top piece, I cannot remove the sash. The windows are made by Gapco. I am looking for replacement parts for my windows. The original balance channel is 24.5 inches in length (Stamped 2420). It looks similar to S351-25 balance channel. I also looking for top sash guides. The original top sash guide looks similar to 18-110 top sash guide.
