S390-25 25" Series 390 Channel Balance

need help finding the correct parts for windows. Have more pictures or could ship the parts to you.Need 4 of the longer ones and 26 of the shorter ones and 30 of the small white pieces.

The metal part is 25 inches long.

Window won't stay up

Channel balance is 35" long, not including top and shoe attachments. I think the one I need is series 351 and spring weight of 3440 (based off stamp number) but I'm not positive. I also need top sash guides, and I think the ones I need are the 5/8" in black product code: 18-009, but again I'm not po ... (cont.)

Stamped 2430 and confirmed that it is 25 inches long.

Markings are "2440". 25" long.

It appears you have either either a series 351 or series 390 channel balance.The difference between the series 351 and series 390 balances lies in the shoe.The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe. Need 2 replacement window balance

Hello. Need to replace this part. Has 24 3 stamped on it. Also when I open the window to the top it rocks inside of the frame. Am I supposed to have some type of clip to connect the balance to the frame? I only have two holes there but no clip.

The channel is 25"x9/16 the stamp is 2440y.

I have attached photos of the balancer that are needed. The metal channel has a marking on it which is 2420, and there also appears to be a small " v" next to it. If you could please tell me which series these are. I am going to need 14 of them. Thanks,Dan

Please help in identifying parts

We have Rollison 2500 series single hung windows. The channels on the side say Unique 24-D-40 and Unique balance 24 P. As you can see from the photos one broke. I read you should replace both. Do you sell replacement parts for these? There is another number 24D USB

Hi, The 29? long channel balances were stamped with 2820 or 2830. The 25? had 2420 and I guessed that the same height window with six panes that was missing its balances was 2430. The sash guide I ordered matched the dimensions and screw holes of mine. The 18-064 is smaller than mine. Thanks! ... (cont.)
