House was built in 1950 and some of the double hung windows need help operating. Need some spiral lift/balance system replacement parts.

I need help with what clip to buy.

Hi, I have old Mercer windows from 1993? The parts are still in the windows themselves, so I don't know how to identify them. Hi I'm trying to figure out which Spiral Balance and clips I need to get. It seems the clips are gone from the old ones so I am not sure which I need. I attached a picture of the bottom side of the windows with the old Spiral Balance removed What I do know is there 3/8" 23" Reds

I have 9 better built windows. That I bought new spiral bouncers for. I cant install them because you guys do not have a video from my type of model window. I was curious to know if I could get some help from you so I can install them.

Hi. Ive got a single-hung non-tilt window with a bad balance. It is 23" x 3/8", red. I see you have the balance but I dont see the missing the "foot" on the bottom of the window that the spiral hooks onto. Heres a photo looking up at the bottom of the sash. Hello, We placed an order for the red tip balances but realized when we went to install them that the sash is less than 7 pounds. Replacing window parts in structure build in 1970s- single hung, non-tilt windows. Need (8) 18" 3/8 Balances with white tips. Also need (2) 11" 3/8 Balances with white tips. These parts are not listed on your website. What should I do? Thanks! Tom
