ordered S710-29 , should have been s395 opinion 2840. Do you sell the pop rivets that fit the channel that the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe uses? Instead of re-ordering and paying for shipping again I would like to use the existing ends from the old channel. Thanks for your help.

I need 4 Channel balances for 2 non-tilt windows. The channel is 1/2" wide and 29" long It appears as though I need a 19-009 Top (1/2" x 7/16"),and a 15-04 Shoe (15/16" x 1 3/32"). 29'' long (not including shoe or top guide) 9/16''wide 5/8'' deep #2830 I'm pretty sure its the #19-009 top guide. Other than that I'm not sure what I need. thanks in advance!

I have measured an have decided that the top guide is a 19-009 and bottom is 15-003, the channel lengths are 29" and 17" inches do they have to be made or is a replacement already to go. thanks Richard

The part number on the balancer is 2840. I think I have found the right part on your site but not sure if it is the correct one. Maybe you can help me make the correct purchace.

I already ordered two S351-29 29" channel balances with option 2830. But, this was unfortunately the wrong item. So, I need yor help. Our local window guy says he's never seen these types of balances where the "top" actually slides up and down in a groove on the window frame. I'll attach picture ... (cont.)
