Help! I love my steel doors but various parts, like the bottom pivot bracket, are breaking or missing. Need two end caps. Don't understand some assemblies have rubber washers and some don't. Are they necessary if the spring clip is on the shaft? Don't know if you sell the individual parts for the shafts or just the shaft and all accompanying parts. Let me know.Thanks,Marvin

STRATO-TRACK INC. is stamped on horizontal bracing. Tracks are fine.

Ihave the exact same doors. Here are some images of the guides and doors. The metal pins are 3/16" I am missing the glides and white caps and a couple of spring stops. Have a questions about the installation clip on part 21-044. Does that clip fit between the spring and the bottom of the metal frame or does it sit on top of the pivot pin?
